Hulu apparently making bank
Apparently, the new online video site called Hulu is already making bank. I have to say, I like Hulu’s design, and I think they’ll become a huge destination once they add more content. We know that they are backed by the major networks, so more content should be on its way, but I’m really curious how their startup is owned. Is this a real startup, or an impressive web play by major networks? At any rate, they certainly seem to be reaching advertisers:
Already the business model is proving itself, which is we support the service through advertising and there’s a strong enough demand that we are actually getting higher rates than on broadcast, specifically even in primetime tv.
