Advice from Warren Buffet
Here are some great notes from a meeting with Warren Buffet. I tell you, there aren’t many people that I completely and totally respect, but Warren Buffet is definitely one of them. I love his focus on treating people right, on giving without expecting, and on not keeping score in personal relationships. There’s also a great quip on how even if someone gave him a billion dollars to compete with Snickers candy bars, he couldn’t do it because they have a wide moat around their castle. And his recollections on how he learned investing are telling. He read every book on investing in the Omaha library. So if you’ve ever wondered why he’s the “Sage of Omaha”, you now know why. There’s so much great information all through out these notes that I had to share them.
