Go get Dooced

I recommend that you go visit a blog called Dooce, right now. It’s written by Heather Armstrong, who is in her own words, “a Stay at Home Mom (SAHM) or a Shit Ass Ho Motherfucker. I do both equally well.” Don’t be put off by her saltiness though, it’s part of what makes her so wonderful. I think she is the most interesting and hilarious writer that I’ve come across yet on the internet. As Federated Media puts it, “Heather Armstrong, a former web developer, started publishing Dooce in early 2001. Her distinctive voice and harrowing tales of her stay-at-home-mom experience in suburban Salt Lake City have attracted one of the largest female audiences for any weblog on the Internet.” And she also has an awesome collection of personally designed mastheads to boot.
