An immersive photographic experience

JDD writes this concerning the TED Conferences website:

TED looks like a seriously brain expanding conference…I’ve been using their conference site as a bit of inspiration about how event photography can be executed and used. They don’t just put a few pictures on their front page. Instead, they make their front page an immersive photographic experience. Every time you hit their front page, one of twenty pics just slurps you in and gives you a taste of what it must have been like to be there.

We like to build uniquely fun and viral web products that our fellow Internet Machine users can use and love. Faceplanting is our first, and we love it because while it's basically just a fun toy, it's also innovative and has massive global appeal. It will make the world smile.
