The philosophy for creating passionate users

This essential philosphy courtesy the brilliant Kathy Sierra (whose blog you should be reading regularly):

Truly passionate users will evangelize to others.
The better users get at something, the better (higher res) the user experience.
The better the user experience, the more likely they are to keep trying to get better.
Nobody is passionate about something they completely suck at.
Helping your users learn and (ultimately) kick ass is the best way to up the odds they’ll become passionate.

About Phoenomi

We like to build uniquely fun and viral web products that our fellow Internet Machine users can use and love. Faceplanting is our first, and we love it because while it's basically just a fun toy, it's also innovative and has massive global appeal. It will make the world smile.
